Behavior

• Places a block in the position the machine faces when that position is empty.
• Consumes 5 E/t (configurable) while actively placing.
• Placement interval scales similarly to break time: hardness-1 equivalent takes ~100 ticks.
• Pull block items from an adjacent inventory into the machine's input slot automatically.
